Paras Health IPO to Open on October 21; Price Band Set at ₹660–₹693 Per Share
Ahmedabad, October 16, 2026: Paras Healthcare Limited, operating under the Paras Health brand, will open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹660–₹693 per equity share of face value ₹1 each. The issue will close on Friday, October 23, while bidding by anchor investors is scheduled for Monday, October 19.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 21 equity shares and in multiples of 21 shares thereafter. At the upper price band, the minimum application amount for one lot will be ₹14,553.
The IPO aims to raise up to ₹1,450 crore, comprising a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹950 crore by the selling shareholder.
The company plans to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue primarily for repayment or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings, either fully or partially. A portion will also be invested in its wholly owned subsidiary, Plus Medicare Hospitals Private Limited, which operates a hospital in Srinagar, to facilitate repayment or prepayment of its borrowings. The remaining proceeds will be allocated towards general corporate purposes.
Paras Health operates a clinical specialty-led hospital network providing tertiary and quaternary healthcare services. Its hospital portfolio spans key markets in North India and other regions, with specialised services across major medical disciplines.
The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), providing investors access to the listed healthcare company.
JM Financial Limited, BofA Securities India Limited and Nuvama Wealth Management Limited are the book-running lead managers to the issue.
