Ahmedabad, Business, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Gujarat has once again emerged as a key player in India’s tourism industry as TTF Ahmedabad 2025, the state’s biggest travel trade show, kicked off on 31st July 2025 at the Mahatma Mandir Convention & Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar. Organized by Fairfest Media, the three-day B2B-only event is showcasing over 900 exhibitors across four large exhibition halls, drawing more than 12,500 industry professionals ahead of the Diwali and winter travel seasons.

The inaugural ceremony was graced by dignitaries such as Shri Omar Abdullah, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, and Shri Mulubhai Bera, Gujarat’s Tourism Minister, alongside senior IAS and IRS officers from Gujarat, J&K, and Kerala, highlighting the importance of tourism in state-level development and cooperation.

This year’s edition has attracted participation from over 25 Indian states and union territories, including Gujarat, Kerala, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Goa, Tamil Nadu, Punjab, and Assam. International presence has been equally robust, with Sri Lanka Tourism making a grand return post-pandemic, leading a large delegation and unveiling new packages aimed at the Gujarati outbound market. In total, 30+ countries are being represented by private players, showcasing international travel options to Indian buyers.

Top private exhibitors include Wyndham Hotel Group, Radisson Hotel Group, Sarovar Hotels, Holiday Mechanic, Cruise Carrot, The Travel Nexus, and Holiday Sketcher (a Bali DMC), among others. They are presenting a wide range of offerings including hotel bookings, cruise deals, holiday packages, and B2B travel solutions.

Gujarat’s strategic location, strong travel culture, and well-developed infrastructure make it a natural host for TTF. According to NCAER data, Gujarat contributes 15.4% to India’s tourism output, and Gujaratis represent 30–40% of India’s outbound travelers, making the region highly attractive for exhibitors.

TTF Ahmedabad is designed to promote business networking, generate bookings, and support market expansion. Organizer Sanjiv Agarwal, Chairman of Fairfest Media, expects a 20% year-on-year increase in visitor turnout, with excellent business results for exhibitors.

The event remains open until 2nd August 2025, providing a high-value platform for tourism professionals to engage in partnerships, discover new destinations, and prepare for India’s peak travel season.

Note: Entry is free, but limited to verified B2B professionals only.
