The Somnath Bapa Sitaram Temple, located in Vivekanand Nagar in the Chandkheda area, was established on 13 March 2019. Since that day, daily prayers and worship of Bapa Sitaram and Somnath Mahadev have been performed with devotion in the temple premises.
Every morning, Somnath Mahadev is offered milk abhishek, and Bapa Sitaram is worshipped with incense. Devotees gather regularly to offer prayers with faith and devotion.
All festivals mentioned in the Hindu scriptures are celebrated with great enthusiasm in the temple premises.
On the auspicious occasion of the Pran Pratishtha anniversary of the temple on 13 March 2026, the Bapa Sitaram Seva Trust has organized the grand 8th Patotsav of Somnath Bapa Sitaram Temple.
On 13 March 2026, a havan will be performed in the temple premises, followed by Maha Aarti in the evening, and after the aarti, a grand Mahaprasad (community meal) will be served, organized by the temple trust.
The Bapa Sitaram Seva Trust has warmly invited all devotees living in Vivekanand Nagar, Chandkheda, and nearby societies to participate in this grand Patotsav celebration.
