Gujarat ATS arrests the accused for passing secret information related to national security to Pakistan agent

Police Inspector of Gujarat ATS, Mr. DB Basiya, received intelligence that Nilesh Waljibhai Balia is currently working in the office of BSF Headquarters at Bhuj and he has BSF information which is very important for the safety and security of the country of India. Such secret and sensitive information is sent through WhatsApp to the agent of enemy country Pakistan on his WhatsApp.

On the subject of information, Deputy Inspector General of Police and Superintendent of Police ATS. Under the guidance of Police Inspector Mr. D. B. Basia and the ATS team, under the guidance of the informant, Nilesh Baliya was interrogated and told that for the last five years, he was employed as an office bearer in the electrical department of CPWD at the headquarters of BSF Battalion-59, Bhuj. doing. He contacted and befriended a Pakistani female agent named Aditi Tiwari through WhatsApp in January-2023 and told her that he was working as a computer operator in the BSF office. Nilesh was lured by the money as he was told by the female agent that if he has sensitive and secret information related to Indian border security and BSF, send that information on WhatsApp and if these papers are of his work, you will be given good money, Nilesh Baliya said. Had agreed to do it. Then by Nilesh from January-2023. Up to 28/06/2023 he has sent confidential and sensitive information about ongoing construction and new construction in the area under the jurisdiction of BSF. For that,Pakistani agent sent Rs.28,800/- from different accounts to Nilesh’s bank account piece by piece through PayTM.After doing technical analysis of suspect Nilesh Baliya’s phone through FSL, WhatsApp chats and calls with that Pakistani female agent and evidence of sensitive and secret information were found and the details of money received in exchange of information are found in his bank account statement. Upon receiving the above evidence, Nilesh Baliya and the Pakistani female agent illegally exchanged secret and sensitive information about the ongoing construction and new construction in the area under the jurisdiction of BSF for financial compensation against them. And the crime has been registered at 120-B Gujarat ATS Police Station and legal action has been taken.
