TET-1 and TET-2 were conducted by the State Examination Board to recruit special teachers for the differently abled students of the state’s primary schools. In which 85 percent candidates in TET-1 and 89 percent in TET-2 appeared for the exam.
As many as 8 schools in Ahmedabad were selected as centers for the examination. After the completion of the examination, the state examination board has now started the process of preparing the result.
It was decided by the state government to recruit special teachers for the disabled students of the primary schools of the state. As a result, for the special teachers as well as for the primary school teachers, TET-1 for class 1 to 5 and St. It was decided to take TET-2 for 6 to 8. The online form filling process for both these exams started from February 23. The exam was conducted on May 25. For that, this examination system was arranged in total 8 schools of Ahmedabad city. Where a total of 2273 candidates were registered for TET-1 examination. Out of which 1927 candidates were absent on the day of examination. Thus, 84.78 percent candidates appeared for the TET-1 exam.
2034 candidates were registered for TET-II examination. Out of which 1803 candidates were present and 231 candidates were absent during the examination. Thus, 88. 64 percent attendance was recorded in TET-II examination.
In TET-1, 150 questions were asked on various objectives and candidates were given 90 minutes for it. While TET-2 was taken in two sections. In which 75 questions were found in section-1 and 75 questions in section-2, total 150 questions were asked and candidates were given two hours for it. In both the exams questions were asked on linguistic readiness and readiness related to behavior and interaction with students.
