Ashish Kanjaria Namad fellow has been arrested by the city crime branch and is currently facing legal proceedings in the incident of asking for hand outs from the trustees of a reputed school in Ahmedabad under different reasons by identifying himself as the president of the parent body and himself as a journalist. This kind of another incident took place in the city of ahmedabad and a complaint has been filed against Bunty-Babli for extorting 3 crores from an artist in Navrangpura police station area.
The details of the above matter are that Priyaben Prakashbhai Soni residing at CG Road in Navrangpura Police Station of the city filed a complaint against Vinay Dubey and Paridhi on 20/05/2023 under section 384,506(2),114 of 154 Cr.P.C. of in which she said that during last Diwali she was taxed at her home.When the legal raid took place, the above Bunty Babli, who identified themself as the operator of the YouTube channel, threatened to discredit the news of the Income Tax raid on their channel and demanded Rs 3 crore to stop this news.A complaint has been filed under section 154 of the IPC and legal action has been taken.
